Gallery 1: A Sense of Place ~ October 2013
A Sense of Place
My new paintings and prints continue to be centred on my homeground here on the west coast of Scotland. This is a functioning, social landscape. Animals and human activity co-exist and merge with the vitality of nature. The seasonal cycles play an important role in the constant movement of life on the bay. With these paintings I aim to capture the timelessness and uniqueness of place.
This portfolio shows a selection of the paintings on show at Castle Gallery from Oct 4th - 26th 2013, Inverness.
